I have a simple rule which is to treat every loan as if it were my own. My borrowers will never overpay for their mortgage; they will always be in the loan that makes the most sense for them; and I will do everything I can to make sure the process is smooth. That's it, simple!

I like to keep my net origination fees below 2,000, but every client and situation is different. Bottom line, as independent broker our pricing model is superior, and my clients get fantastic deals!
