How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
Our complimentary review involves our pricing tool, which doesn't require a credit pull. If after, you decide submit an application, we'll start with a soft pull, which does not affect your credit.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Any documents that will support your income, assets and liabilities will be helpful. After we have a review and know exactly what your goals are, we'll identify exactly which documents are needed.
