I truly think starting the conversation as soon as possible is the key to a smooth and successful transaction. Giving yourself ample time to get all your affairs in order before you make a commitment

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

In order for us to start the process we typically ask for : - Most recent Paystubs - 2 years W2's or Tax Returns - 2 months Bank Statements (or whatever applicable assets you plan to use)
