Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping first time buyers and in partricular buyers who have been told they do not qualify by other lenders. I am happy to work hard and help you meet your financial goals

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I normally start the process with just a soft credit pull so that it does not impact your score.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

Yes. I am also licensed in MD, PA, FL and TX and other loan officers at my company are in several other states.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

Insurance can be a challenge here in Louisiana so I work with some amazing insurance partners to help you make sure you are getting the best pricing on that end too.
