Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

First time buyers and self-employed. I try to be clear upfront about the process and I am with them the whole way.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I ask them what they think their score is and tell them what I am quoting cannot be locked until we have a complete file and rates are not guaranteed.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I love this ! I love helping clients with figuring out how much they want to spend and how much of a monthly payment. Often they do not have a realtor or an attorney so I can help them with that.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

That depends on their employment. If a W-2 person usually 2 years of most recent W-2's and one month of consecutive paystubs. It depends on a few factors. Every loan is different.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I help them every step of the way-document follow up, navigate locking the rate; home insurance, getting a loan estimate upfront etc
