I started in the finance industry 15 years ago and worked for what I felt were good companies. But what seemed to be the driving motivator behind these companies was making more money. And while there isn’t anything wrong with making money, I don't believe it should be the main purpose of a company. I set out on a mission to create a brokerage who’s core values were in line with my own personal values, and where the main driving motivator was to help people.
