Working with Nathan on our first home purchase was great! In a competitive market, you need a lender who can work quickly and fluidly to provide a strong offer. Nathan was able to work his magic so that we had an incredibly fast close which helped us secure our first home. I want to highlight that Nathan has a distinct quality about his service and communication. He answered all of our questions about the escrow process, closing costs, and rates; even later into the evenings when there were tight deadlines to hit. Nathan was friendly in educating us throughout and when it was an important topic he would arrange a phone call to thoroughly explain it to us.
