Get to know Jared
Jared started in lending in 2009, coming out of an economic recession, and fully licensed in 2012. Due to the market timing, he always jokes with clients that he doesn’t know what an ‘easy’ loan looks like. He specializes in creative lending, whether maneuvering within conventional (or FHA) guidelines, or going outside the box with Non-QM or private money. Many loans he has closed were turned down somewhere else, and he goes the extra mile to get things done.
