Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I am normally introduced to a new client by text or email. The Realtors I work with or past clients will refer me for most of my new business. An initial 10-minute call is how we get things started.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

It's best to discuss the financing options before you're ready to purchase. Lining up expections between home price and the associated budget (down payment and monthly payment) is important up front.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Clear, honest communication. We have a small and very experienced team of professionals that understands the needs of first time home buyers up to seasoned investors on their 10th purchase.
