What documents do your clients need to start the process?

The first step in the process is an application. From there we will build a document checklist for the necessary documents.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

Through our partnership with Rocket, we can provide a soft pull that can be used all the way up to closing. A hard pull will be required just prior to closing.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

The sooner, the better.
