My wife and I are first time home buyers and worked with Leslie, she was absolutely wonderful! We found Simpler Home Loans through an online search and were connected with Leslie. She is friendly, kind, compassionate, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She answered our questions and made sure we knew what was happening and what everything meant through the whole process. Leslie made herself available to us when it wasn't always convenient for her just to ensure that it was convenient for us. She was willing to jump on a call or video chat to ensure we were taken care of. One of the best parts of our experience working with Leslie, is that she celebrated the little victories with us and encouraged us when things were a little stressful. Thats a true teammate! Communication with her was great as she used text, email, phone calls, and video calls to guide us through the whole process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Using Simpler Home Loans was the best decision I had made in my home buying process. Everyone on the team is extremely responsive and made everything easy. They were informative and detail oriented; any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and with a friendly tone. I truly felt the white glove treatment working with the team, and would 110% use them again, and highly recommend you do too!
