Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I communicate with clients through whatever means they are most comfortable with. This includes text, email, and phone calls. I am available 7 days a week until 9 pm ET.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Copies of current paystubs and the most recent 2 months' worth of bank statements are needed. Copies of the last 2 years' worth of W2's and/or tax returns (if self-employed) are also needed.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

It is never too early to discuss what it will take to buy a home. I am happy to help you get ready for the biggest purchase in your life!

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

I am affiliated with a Century 21 Real Estate office, a home inspector and several real estate attorneys who can also assist you in the home buying process.
