Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

We love helping first time homebuyers purchase their dream home. We explain the step by step process in layman's terms. Some first time homebuyers are very green and need that extra hand holding.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

We are always available for our clients, evenings and weekends. Not all clients can speak during business hours or can only speak after their young children are asleep at night.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

We encourage our clients to start prequalification process before they are ready to purchase. It sets expectations on how much they can qualify for and address/correct any issues ahead of time.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

Usually when we review a clients credit we are able to make suggestions on how to improve their score
