I initially like to chat on the phone briefly to answer any immediate questions. Depending on the conversation, we'll move to an appointment. I'm happy to meet in-person (Denver) or Zoom/phone call.

Depending on the type of loan you are looking for, the initial documents will be (1) ID, (2) two most recent bank statements, (3) proof of income (paystubs, W-2 forms and tax returns).
We will initially do a 'soft pull' on your credit. This will give us an idea of your debt and FICO score. This helps determine what you may qualify for and the type of loan that will best fit for you.
I recommend starting the conversation 6 months before buying. Often times, 12 months is recommended if you know you've had credit issues. The more time you have to prepare, the better.
