We review their credit for potential issues and to explore their credit score. We then look for ways to improve their score and help them resolve issues, if any that are evidenced on the report.
Our initial contact is through text or email. But, once a client is ready to proceed with a Pre-Approval or a loan application, we like to speak on the phone or Zoom to establish a better rapport.
They should expect hands-on work with me and one of our processing team. I am involved in the entire process as we are a small company offering concierge service.
We prefer that. By starting early we can help guide them to the process and also assist in correcting any problems they may have in credit, assets, etc. If we get involved early we can avoid issues.
We do a soft pull of their credit which does not lower the credit scores.
