The OnMortgage team truly went above and beyond for us. Despite a shortened timeline, they were patient, honest, responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They not only helped us secure a great rate but also navigated the challenges of purchasing in a non-warrantable building. They even went far beyond the traditional role of a mortgage lender to help the building achieve warrantable status, ultimately reducing our interest rate by nearly 1%. They were always quick to respond and took an educational approach, clearly explaining what to expect, what was needed, and how the timeline would unfold and why. Working with Jason Myers as my mortgage loan officer was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jason is an incredible problem solver and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was able to secure us an amazing 5.25% interest rate, which made a huge difference for our purchase. What really stood out was his availability — he was there pretty much 24/7 to answer questions, walk us through the process, and make sure everything stayed on track. My experience working with On Mortgage was excellent. I worked with Mike Schoonover and Josh Gonzalez and they were both on top of every aspect of the process. They were patient and helpful when I would get frustrated or troubled, and always came up with well thought out solutions as challenges would arise. They literally walked me step by step from start to finish; all I had to do was follow their lead. The end result was exceptional. The mortgage rate was better than market, the loan was ready to go when I was, all I had to do was show up at the closing. They were hard working, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I came away very satisfied and made some friends in the process.
