Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with First Time Buyers. I'll educate them to the loan qualification process and required documents upfront, help to complete the application and keep them updated throughout.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Most of my clients come by referral. One good job deserves another.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I encourage clients to start the homeownership discussion EARLY. The information on the street is not always accurate. Let's review your financials and plan a path forward.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

The best documents to start the process are: a recent 3 score credit report, most recent paystub or financials (self employed), last 2 years tax return.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I refer clients to websites that will provide a 'SOFT PULL' 3 score report. This will not impact their scores or alert the mortgage industry that they maybe working with a broker.
