I had an opportunity to work with Jim on a bridge loan. My client was buying before they sell. Jim made everything so smooth, simple, and had a great term. Honestly, this is one of a few times that I don't feel worried or have to ask the lender all the time, "Where are we at?" Jim took care of every step seamlessly and provided me with peace of mind during the whole transaction. He's very professional and always responsive, even on holidays.
