We are open to meeting consumers when and how they prefer. An old-fashioned handshake and sit-down in our office or a coffee meetup - it all works. Virtual meetups are popular these days, too!
My team attempts to be very proactive early in the process. This means extra legwork on the front end for collecting documentation, and making sure that expectations are set for what happens next.
Happy to quote based off of what a consumer believes their scores might be. That's no problem! We can always get on the same page before deciding we are a good fit and pulling a true report.
This is preferred! Moving at your own pace and understanding the process is where it's at! It can even be an advantage in my opinion, vs stressing out and going from 0-60 with limited prep time.
