I recently worked with Paula Sawitski to get a new mortgage for a home purchase, and I'm glad that she was the Loan Officer working on it. Paula was extremely helpful and responsive from the beginning of the application process to the finalization of the loan. She always made sure I was aware of all of my options, answered my questions around the clock, kept me informed on any changes, and let me know when I had action items to take care of. Paula and her team removed a lot of stress from the mortgage process, and thanks to Paula's advice, I was able to save money on closing costs without making my offer less competitive or appealing to the seller. I highly recommend her, and United Alliance Mortgage as a whole.

This is my second time working with Paula Sawitski purchasing my forever home! Paula is dedicated, responsive and very motivated with your best interest in mind. I’ve never felt like a burden on her when asking questions that might seem silly to a professional who does this day in and day out. She’s thoughtful and throughout. You will not be disappointed working with Paula.. you will likely want to invest in more real estate just to work with her again 🙂
