I encourage conversation before application. This helps to uncover potential road blocks in relation to credit, income, or savings.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

This is one of our specialties, We obtain an application, credit, and financials. Upon approval we pair you with one of our colleagues and real estate professionals in the state you are moving to.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Two year tax returns personal and business if applicable, four recent pay stubs, two recent bank statements, current state Id, social security card, two recent retirement statements if applicable.
