Dino & his Team of experts are exactly that. Experts! Their presentation of customer service is a standard not many companies can deliver. From the very start, you feel so taken care of, well informed and involved in every step. You genuinely feel like you’ve gained new friends who want nothing more than to give you the best possible home buying experience possible. We have never had better customer service than with California Coastal Loans and will continue to refer them to all our friends and family. You really would be missing out on this luxurious service if you didn’t give them your business!

We cannot express how fortunate we are for the expertise of Mario, Dino and team who successfully guided us through the purchase of our lovely new home after the sale of our home of 24 years. Mario is honest, responsive and accountable. The Ethos team was on top of all the required details to close in a very short timeline. Mario is a truly wonderful and honest loan officer you can trust. He’s extremely patient, takes the time to listen to your story, and genuinely tries to help you find the best loan solution even when he doesn’t make any money from the deal. He helped me with my refinance and loan situation, and I could really feel his sincerity and professionalism. After my construction project is completed in about six months, I plan to return to Mario to refinance my home at a lower interest rate. Thank you so much, Mario, for your valuable time, patience, and knowledge. You are truly one of the best loan officers I’ve ever met!

The whole team at Ethos was absolutely outstanding during our first foray into homebuying! Coming in with no experience with the loan/mortgage process, we really did not know what to expect and it all seemed very overwhelming. But working with Ethos made everything smooth and straightforward, and we felt educated, supported, and taken care from start to finish. Mario was incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process, providing us guidance on understanding the real costs and how everything fit together to allow us to properly assess our budget and not have any surprises. We began working with Ethos almost a full year before we were ready to buy our first home. Mario was so great at walking us through the process and giving us tips along the way so that when the time came to start putting in offers we were in the best financial position possible. Mario was super responsive and efficient any time I emailed with a question or asked for a last minute updated approval document.
