I really want to thank Juan Jimenez & Naomi Gonzalez for helping me refinance my home. These two were awesome! They were friendly, professional, they work fast and not to mention they are super patient. It was my first time refinancing, so he made sure I understood everything and all my questions were answered. They communicate very well with you throughout the whole process. And even after... because I still message them with questions ☺️ When I decide to refinance again I will definitely come back to Juan. And I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you again, you guys are awesome!

We were not first time homebuyers but that made no difference. Juan was the best from the beginning to the end of our new home purchase! He is the nicest, well mannered, intellectual and patient person we've ever met. Always ready to answer our questions and concerns. It was our pleasure to meet him and work with him. I would recommend Juan to ANYONE who's looking to finance your 1st, 2nd or 9th home. Thumbs up to Mr. Jimenez 👍

The biggest mistake I made when buying my first home, was not working with Juan and his team from the start. I was three weeks into escrow when, initially working with a large bank, found out I was not going to move forward and might lose out on the houses. That was when I reached out to Juan; from there I was able to close in 15 days! Juan was extremely informative and I was able to gain knowledge throughout the whole process. I had so many questions, and Juan answered them all in a timely manner and sometimes after business hours (thank you). I also enjoyed that Juan gave me quick updates via text throughout the whole process. Juan seemed just as excited as my family was when we became first time home owners; therefore, I would highly recommend Juan for a smooth transition on receiving a mortgage.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Juan. Since this was my first time house buying. He helped me get the best possible rate for my mortgage. He is very good at explaining the fine details in a way thats understandable for me. I believe he has amazing patients and could explain the details as many times as needed. I'm still not able to find someone who is at his par in terms of handling the clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good mortgage lender.

Juan Jimenez was extremely helpful and I am so thankful that I spoke to him because because now I know what steps to take to lead me in the right direction. He not only very knowledgeable but possesses a very patient and genuine demeanor in answering all my questions . I was very impressed with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone trying to purchase a home.
