I love working with first time home buyers,it's so rewarding to work with someone that maybe thought they wouldn't ever own a home. Collecting all info up front makes the process easier and I do that.
I always like to do a phone interview upfront, this way we can get to know each other. I can ask the customer for there specific needs and wants. I can answer any questions they have as well.
I can run scenario's with them on rates while letting them know that to get a more specific rate I will need to review their whole credit report along with scores.
