Borrowers can expect a very "hands on" experience. I will walk them through the entire process, explaining it all in detail. From application to the closing table, I am available at any time!

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Getting pre-qualified for a mortgage loan before you are ready to purchase a home is always the best idea! With a pre-qualification letter in hand, you will have power to negotiate with a seller.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I am happy to connect with clients over the phone, through email or in person. I love talking with and explaining the process to clients!

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I am happy to quote an estimated market rate and closing costs based on an estimated credit score. However, I will always state that the rate and costs could change once the credit report is pulled.
