Zac Truesdell and the Home Simply team handled our mortgage for our new home in Crestwood, KY, and I'd recommend him without hesitation. I'm self-employed, so the documentation side was more involved than a standard W-2 loan, and Zac and his processor Chrissy stayed on top of every item, told me exactly what was needed and why, and resolved a couple of credit-report and tax-payment questions quickly so nothing slowed us down. He got us a competitive rate on a 15-year fixed, the final numbers matched what he'd told me to expect, and he closed the loan within 26 days, right on schedule. He was responsive by phone and email throughout, including evenings. Great experience start to finish.

We had the best experience working with Dylan to refinance our home. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. His ability to explain things in layman's terms to help you understand the intricacies of the market and mortgages shows how transparent and trustworthy he is, whereas our previous lender used our inexperience to sneak hidden charges in. Unless you work in this field, you don't know what you don't know, and it's important to work with someone who has your best interest in mind. It's apparent that Dylan wants the best for his clients, and works to make sure you get the best deal possible. Mortgages can be stressful, but Dylan and his team made the process as smooth as can be, with constant communication along the way. We will continue to use Dylan for any of our future needs, and highly recommend him!

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received from Mark Taylor and his HomeSimply team throughout our mortgage process. From beginning to end, Mark was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. What stood out most was how personalized the experience felt. Rather than taking the “one-size-fits-all” approach that you often encounter with loan officers, Mark took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored his support accordingly. Daniel has been nothing less than an absolute pleasure to work with. Hes such a blessing at what he does. Not only did he help me and my wife on this journey but he also made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He educated us on the process, he kept us informed, he made himself ready available at all times. His teammate Sonja is the real deal as well. Im so greatful to have done business with them.
