Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

We are advocates for home ownership and helping clients achieve generation wealth through Real Estate. Clarity and understanding is how the loan process becomes easy. Excellent communication is key.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

We start with an initial online mortgage application. We ask for 30 day most recent paychecks, W2's, Most Recent Asset statements only after our first conversation and we are in agreement on the path.
