A Florida State University finance graduate, he spent over 20 years in retail lending before transitioning to a wholesale broker model, giving clients access to more lenders, better rates, and flexible programs. A President’s Club honoree and top 1% loan officer (2020–2022), Stephen is known for transparency, responsiveness, and delivering a smooth, client-focused experience from start to finish.
