I can spend hours writing how great Greg Morgan is but the previous reviews speak for themselves. Greg and I first worked together in 2021 when I first purchased my house and he was absolutely amazing. Due to life changes, I had to refinance my house this year (2026) so who best for me to call for help with that process other than Greg?! This process can be nerve-wracking and scary but Greg's overall demeanor and 5-star help, guidance and knowledge made it so easy! He worked with me continuously until he got the right rates and responses and was always responsive & quickly attentive when I had lots of questions (I swear! No waiting ever)! I can never repay Greg for that. Plus, his attention to detail was spot-on! Thank you again, Greg. I will recommend Greg Morgan to anyone looking for a mortgage specialist.

I wanted a cash out refinance urgently. Had unsuccessfully tried and lost valuable time and money (on appraisal l) with couple of other companies before finding heritage Mortgage. Jim cicalese quickly understood my needs and assured me and guided me step by step for positive result. Ashley Simo is just an amazing person who realized the urgency in my case and both Jim and Ashley did everything they can to push and close my loan as quickly as possible. Ashley was clear in communication and kept me updated on the progress of my loan. Thanks to Jim and Ashley efforts my loan was closed earlier than tentative closing date. As a rental properties owner, I have had many mortgages and refinancing but this was my best and amazing experience. It was real pleasure to have people like Jim and Ashley taken care of my loan. Needless to say for any if my future mortgage/refinance Heritage mortgage will be my destination.

Chris Spano makes things happen for Heritage Mortgage. Chris only wants one thing to stay organized on the same email thread. Chris will keep you organized. Chris sends one email a day with what he needs and organized and seemless. Chris keeps everyone organized including Relators and Appraisal's. Chris is approachable anytime any questions you have. No question is too hard for Chris. If you don’t go with Chris or Heritage you’re just wasting time.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley Simo on a real estate transaction, and I cannot recommend her enough.
