My name is Jerry (Gerald) Greer and I have been licensed and own The Mortgage Outlet for over 34 Years. I was born and raised on a farm in south eastern Iowa. After graduating from The University of Iowa in 1984 with a degree in finance, I moved west to start my career. Beginning with banking in Los Angeles and then moving into residential lending. Promotions brought me to San Jose where I eventually succumbed to the entrepreneurial calling with The Mortgage Outlet.
