As the President, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the organization, while ensuring high standards of customer service, compliance, and ethics. Over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have developed a strong expertise in economics, accounting, finance, and mortgage lending.

I utilize a program called Credit Upgrade in partnership with Rocket Mortgage to assist my clients to be in the best credit position possible before moving forward with a loan application.
It varies depending on credit, the rate my client chooses, loan to value, loan amount, loan program, and general market conditions. Costs can be $0 to tens of thousands and unique to each loan.
I can do a soft pull on credit or provide an estimate based upon the client verbally giving me their scores with the disclaimer that if one pulled, comes in lower the rate may change.
If I am licensed in your state, I can do the loan! Most my clients are out of state! I am currently assisting homeowners in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington.
