I am extremely knowledgeable in manufactured homes, construction to permanent loans and renovation loans where most lenders do not do them or do them well. I am also able to do single family homes just as easy as I can a manufactured home. I love helping clients buy a home, especially a first time homebuyer. Even if their credit isnt perfect, I will guide them on what to do to get their credit to a point they will be able to purchase a home in the future.

If a client provides a copy of their credit report, I can analyze it and let them know what to work on and what to leave alone in addition to other items to work on.
Most people will do everything online, from the application to sending in the conditions. But I am able to meet clients at my office.
I will allow a client to give an estimated score for a property and give them the estimated rate, pending pulling the credit and confirming score, income and assets. It only takes a few minutes.
I absolutely love this. I will ask them what their comfort level is for a monthly payment so I can translate that into a sales price. This way, they know they can make the payment.
