Income documents, such as the most recent 2 years W2's, most recent pay stub, most recent bank statement, copy of driver's license

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I feel very strongly about starting the conversation. The conversation should provide them with clarity on the process, step by step, and what documents are required.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I review their current credit cards and balances. I also educate my borrowers about applying for credit during the home-buying process or before.
