He began as a Senior Loan Originator in 2001, working with Bank Boston, FleetBoston Financial, Bank of America, and Banc Plus. In 2005, he co-founded HG Mortgage, and in 2023 launched HG Capital Lending in Weston Town Center. He is known for delivering personalized, client-focused mortgage solutions. Hermes also supports hospitals and charitable initiatives locally and in Venezuela, and enjoys golf and skydiving.
