What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?
I am not your typical bank or lender with usual business hours. I'm available 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. My customers know if I do not pick up their call I will return the asap.
How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?
Great, gives me the opportunity to set expectations and explain the process. The process can be very stressful, but I assure them I will be with them through the entire process.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
We start my completing a mortgage application. I will provide a list needed documents: paystubs, bank statements, W-2's and other income documentation their situation may need.
