Sam was absolutely incredible during my recent refinance process! I had received several offers that promised a deal that seemed off, so I asked Sam to take a look and share his opinion. He carefully reviewed everything and quickly found multiple questionable items in the first offer. From there, he worked tirelessly on secure a much better deal- with the same bank - but through his own channels instead of the other loan broker. Thanks to Sam, I ended up with a significantly better rate and overall deal. Sam was awesome! He was able to make my first home purchase a smooth and seamless process! At first I was very nervous with the process because I did not know much about what it took to buy a home, but Sam was able to simplify the complicated steps for me and also made me feel very comfortable/confident at the same time. He also was available to assist if I had any questions outside of regular business hours and made me feel like if we already knew each other for years! He completed his required actions right away and gave me updates right away of what needed to be done. Thanks to his fast actions and promptly responses, I was able to close on a home in less than a month! Thank you so much Sam on helping me turn my home buyer goal a reality! Sam Heng has helped me through the purchase process of two homes and has refinanced both my mother and I. I will never have another broker! Sam is SO easy to work with, is efficient and will do what needs to be done to get you into the home that you’ve fallen in love with. He always checked in with me to make sure I was ok with the costs. He is the only person I would trust with my home loans and refinancing!

It was a pleasure working with Sam. As a first time home buyer, he was patient, attentive and personable. With his guidance it eased my worries of what I thought purchasing a home was like. The process was smooth and not daunting. My family and I were also on vacation during this time but the communication was top notch.
