Ramzy is Excellent throughout the process. He is very clear in what he do and at his best in delivering what is promised. If he says it will be done means "IT IS DONE", that is my experience. He is always very responsive which is important and key in crazy market conditions. When it comes to removing loan contingency we need to rely on trustworthy resource. With Ramzy you don't feel the pressure in taking such decisions. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

I have had the pleasure of using Mortgage Options Funding - Ramzy for multiple deals now. He came to me as another agent's lender but after working with him and realizing how communicative he was , I realized what I had been missing with other lenders! In our line of work, communication is everything and some lenders cannot be gotten a hold of when you need them the most. Not with the Mortgage Options Funding crew! 9 pm--no problem. 7:30 am--no problem. What I really hooked me was the fact that if there is a problem, Ramzy and his crew notified me FIRST! We find a path forward to solve the problem prior to scaring the client without a path forward. At the end of the day, I have dealt with a lot of lenders but I will always refer Ramzy and his team because hey get it done and they do it better than anyone I have worked with! At the end of the day, Its our clients money and they can spend it any way the see fit but if you don't at least shop Ramzy and Mortgage Options Funding, I promise you you're doing a disservice to your client.
