Generally I will need 1 recent mortgage statement unless it's purchase, 2-3 recent paystubs, last 2 years W-2s, 2 bank statements, home insurance. If self employed I'll need 2 recent years tax return
I believe having a proper game plan on a home purchase is super important. I highly recommend having a genuine PreApproval from a bank to prevent any delays or surprises during the loan process.
