How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We will only do an initial soft pull on your credit. This allows us to see your liabilities and gives us a general knowledge of where your credit scores could be once a full credit report is pulled.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I encourage it. You do not need to be ready to buy a home tomorrow to talk with me. In fact, starting the conversation early is often the smartest thing you can do. There’s absolutely no pressure.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Income Docs (W2's or 2 yrs Tax Returns). Asset Docs (2 months Bank statements). ID. Employment Info. Housing Info (current mortgage and insurance). Usually begin with the basics and go from there!
