Brian and Ryan were absolutely incredible throughout our entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a ton of questions, and they always took the time to thoroughly explain everything and make sure we understood every step. They made the whole process feel smooth, simple, and stress free. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they treated us with nothing but respect and professionalism. Emily was absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning, she was always so prompt and helpful in answering all of my questions. She made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire process, which meant so much to me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, especially since this was my first home purchase. This was our second experience working with the team and as was the case previously, they are simply amazing, transparent and efficient. We moved south and with all the moving parts involved it was great knowing they had everything taken care of. Sarah and Conrad are exceptional. We are a close family and business owners who prefer working with relationship driven people, and further enjoy working with folks who do not treat you as a number, but rather a person. Brian Ginn is a masterful mortgage adviser. He provided us with excellent service, and answered questions both thoroughly and attentively.
