My fees are very reasonable. The fees are origination, appraisal and the lenders underwriting fee. I work with very low and reasonable margin with my lenders to get the lowest rates w/ Lowest fees.,

I usually ask them if they know their scores through credit Karma or Through their Banking Institutions so I don't run their credit and show an inquiry on there.
