Chad was referred to me by a realtor/friend. He is the best out there! He not only takes the time to work with you and understand the best loan possible. He really puts all his efforts into treating you like you're his only client. I was so impressed from start to finish with the process, rates and outcome. He truly cares about his clients. Never felt rushed or he wasn't doing the best to work with us. I would definitely recommend and go with Chad and his team again.

They found best possible rate for the time in the market, explained the whole process to me in detail with pros and cons of available options.
