I have worked for banks and mortgage companies and none can provide the service that a professional experienced mortgage broker like myself can. Clients can expect superior service and communication from start to finish. We keep our clients updated every step of the way from initial conversation to application, appraisal, UW to closing.
As an accomidation to our clients we will pull a soft pull to not lower credit score. Once they have found a home or decide to proceed then we will pull a hard pull.
Documents change based on product and qualification. On a full doc deal we would need last 2 yrs tax returns and W2's, last 30 days paystubs and last 2 months assets. Call for exact list by product.
We welcome all clients to call us and communicate what they want to accomplish and when. Were very upfront with our clients regardless if they dont qualify now we want to instruct them what to do.
