I encourage it! Starting early lets us create a clear plan, improve credit if needed, and prepare you for success when the right home and timing come along.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

I review income, assets, credit, and liabilities. A photo ID, two months of asset statements, a completed application and a consultation help determine the best loan type and needed documents.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I operate remotely and connect with clients by phone, text, WhatsApp, Zoom, or email. Whenever possible, I personally attend closings to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
