Andrew Kosic and his team understand the true meaning of Customer Service! For health reasons, I found myself in a situation where I had to find a new home, pack, move and close in a very, very short period of time. Social Mortgage stepped up their game, held my hand and answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. It’s an amazing experience when going through such a huge financial commitment to have a great team on your side! Although stressful by nature, the entire process was wonderful due to their professionalism and dedication to the customer! Thank you, I love my new home! P.S. I was referred to agent Andrew K by a local realtor/broker in the Cleveland OH area. From the beginning, Andrew was personable, open-minded, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My name is Clarissa I used Social mortgage to get my house mortgage. I had started working with a previous mortgage company that did not go well so I set up appointment with Kyler and he was very nice took the time to explain everything to me even if I asked him several times. I not only got pre approval In one day when I was working with the previous mortgage company for almost three months had me jumping through hoops Kyler had the approval. Kyler has an assistant name Chelsey the same treatment as Kyler I very much recommend social mortgage if you call them tell them Clarissa sent you very good company. Thank you Kyler and Chelsey you two are the best.
