Chris A. Weir provided me with excellent and unsurpassed service during the purchase of a commercial building. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain clearly the process and what everything means. He worked relentless until he got me the lowest interest rate available out there. I cannot believe I got a 6.5% interest on a commercial property, while others were offering over 10%. Moreover, Chris was on top of everything that was going on and he advocated for me even when I did not fully understand certain aspects of the loan. It was all about what was best for me.
