I have over 25 years experience in the mortgage and real estate business. It is my goal to work with clients throughout their lifetime. Often times it starts with a couple purchasing their fist home. I enjoy and it is rewarding to help a family get started with their first home purchase. Later it can be refinancing into a lower rate and payment or selling and upgrading to accommodate a larger family.

If a client has a good idea of their credit score I can base my quote from that, or we can run a soft credit report that does not impact the credit score.
We can help clients that need to increase credit scores fro buy using a credit simulator to see how to best increase scores by paying down or removing credit debt and/or charge offs, etc.
Clients are well informed throughout the process. Much of our business is repeat clients and referrals from them, so it very important that our clients are happy and satisfied with the loan process.
