You always study before the test. So start the conversation as soon as homeebuying becomes a realistic possibility

Almost always over the phone. This allows me greater time management and to be able to help more clients

You will always be able to connect with me. I do have a processor that will collect documents etc. But for anything at any time you can reach me.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

Clients that have been told no before. I have a no loan left behind policy. So if there is any way to get a client approved I find it.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

Just about everything is online or over the phone now a days. I am licensed in 35 states so have made it very easy and efficient for clients to work with me.
