I had a great experience working with Mark as a first-time home buyer. The whole process was new to me, and Mark really took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I understood what was going on. He spent hours on the phone answering my questions, giving advice, and explaining things in a way that made the process feel much less overwhelming. Mark also got me an excellent deal on my rate and was very honest and competitive with his fees. I never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He was also extremely responsive and proactive throughout the process. He made sure we closed on time, and we probably could have closed even earlier because of how prepared and on top of everything he was. It stood out to me that Mark followed up after the purchase just to check in and see how I was doing. That meant a lot and made it clear he really cares about his clients beyond just getting the loan closed. Mark far exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially first-time buyers. He will be a great advocate in your corner throughout the process. 11/10 experience!

Mark is excellent! It took us a few months to find the right house and Mark worked with us patiently and consistenly through the entire process. He also happened to have the best rates and credits compared to all other vendors. He was always available to educate us on the plethora of options and answer our questions. We will work with him again for our home purchaing and refinancing needs! Highly recommend.

Mark was recommended to us by my cousin, and I truly enjoyed working with him. We needed to take out a loan for my parents’ home, so we reached out to Mark. He was extremely proactive in his communication, even responding to emails on his days off. Understanding the importance of our deadline, he took the initiative to research and recommend the best loan option for us. Working with Mark was a fantastic experience. As a first time home buyer, he walked me through all of my options and worked tirelessly to get the best rates and work through the best options for me.
