With the wonderful team at Whitecap Mortgage Delmarva, Mark Succarote, Courtney Lilly, and William Blair made the process of refinancing my home as easy as possible. Walking into the process I was a little nervous but with the team communicating and using simple links to walk you through the process it was well worth it. Even though my credit wasn’t the greatest they were able to work out the numbers for a low payment at a fixed rate that’s affordable for a guy like me with a bunch of beautiful kids (5) and a lovely wife who puts up with us all! All I’m trying to say is thank you for the experience of working with a great team and to Ed Higgins at Griffins Higgins in Seaford, DE for the reference for both Whitecap Mortgage Delmarva and Amy Littleton at the Smith Firm in Seaford, DE.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Whitecap Mortgage. The lack of transparency and accountability was especially frustrating. Very disappointing experience. Communication was unclear, and we were repeatedly given misleading information. Issues with condo eligibility should have been identified and communicated much earlier, instead costing us valuable time during a time-sensitive transaction.

The team was very responsive and helpful throughout all stages of the home buying process. I really appreciate the time they took to answer my questions and guide me along the way. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.
